Weekday (9:30-15:00): $30/hr, minimum 2 hours Sunday (9:30-17:30): $40/hr, minimum 2 hours Weekend (17:30-21:30): $50/hr, minimum 2 hrs Payment Information: 50% deposit upon booking confirmation is required to secure the booking with the remaining balance payable 3 business days prior to the event. For events with catering, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your booking to ensure the space is properly cleaned and maintained. All payments are made by e-Transfer. Booking confirmation and account details will be provided in a follow-up email.
